When the matter was listed before this Court on 11.04.2018, there was no representation for the petitioners, as such, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. In spite of the same, when the matter is taken up today, there is no representation for the petitioners. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.
