HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SURESH KUMAR KAIT & HON'BLE DR JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER W.P. No. 10412 of 2017 O R D E R:- (ORAL) (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice Suresh Kumar Kait) This writ petition is filed assailing the order dated 16.01.2017 passed by the Tribunal in O.A.No.1681 of 2013, whereby the Tribunal, while disposing of the O.A., directed the respondents therein to consider the case of the applicant for appointment as Sample Taker as per her selection, pending disposal of W.P. No.1790 of 2008, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Heard the learned Standing Counsel for the A.P.P.S.C. appearing on behalf of the petitioner and the learned counsel for the 1st respondent and perused the material placed on record.

This writ petition was listed for the first time on 23.03.2017, and thereafter, the matter underwent adjournments on five occasions, however till date, there has been no interim order suspending the operation of the impugned order.

Hence, this Court, without going into the merits of the matters, directs the petitioner - Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission to consider the case of 1st respondent -

SKK,J & Dr.SA,J WP_10412_2017 applicant for appointment as Sample Taker as per her selection, within a period of two weeks from today. It is made clear that the probation period of the 1st respondent shall be kept in abeyance.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
