Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submit that the issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 and batch dated 30.06.2019.

In view of the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order of this Court in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 and batch dated 30.06.2019. There shall be no order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. Copy of the order dated 30.06.2019 in W.P.No.44170 of 2016 be annexed to this order.
