THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C. BHANU AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.2055 OF 2014 ORDER:(per Hon'ble Sri Justice K.C.Bhanu) This Contempt Case, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, is filed to punish the respondents for their wilful deliberate disobedience in not complying with the orders passed by this Court in Writ Appeal No.1107 of 2012, dated 01.09.2014.

Learned counsel for the both the parties stated that the Order of this Court has been complied with and no further orders are required to be passed in this Contempt Case. Recording the same, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this case shall stand closed.
