ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.28.12.2015 in W.P. No.42012 of 2015.

At the hearing, there is no representation for the petitioners. Mr. G. Narender Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayat Raj Institutions (TS), appearing for the respondent, on instructions submitted that the locks placed to the houses of the petitioners were removed on 31.12.2015 itself. As no one is present on behalf of the petitioners, the above mentioned submission of the learned Standing Counsel remained uncontroverted.

In view of the above, the contempt case is disposed of as infructuous.
