When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, she submitted a representation on 27.03.2018 to the second respondent, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri A.Panduranga Rao, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-Corporation that if any such representation is pending consideration before the respondentauthorities, the same will be verified and proper action will be taken, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders. Recording the said submission, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 27.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action on the said representation, as per law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
