As there was no representation for the appellant's counsel on 30.10.2018, the matter was directed to be listed on 31.10.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today, in spite of the matter being listed under the said caption, again there is no representation for the learned counsel for the appellant both in the forenoon and afternoon sessions.
