This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with the orders passed in Rc.No.375/2016-UB, dated 16.08.2016 by the fourth respondent.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to it under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting the liberty as prayed for. No costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
