HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32077 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard.

With the consent of both parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.

The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus declaring the action of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not considering the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.07.2017, as illegal and arbitrary.

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner dated 03.07.2017, at the earliest.

Learned Government Pleader does not dispute the same. In view of the above submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent - authorities to deal with the representation dated 03.07.2017, made by the petitioner, seeking allotment of one of the stall in and around Vijayawada particularly in Ajeeth Singh Nagar or Kedareshwarpet or Payakapuram Rythu Bazar or Patamata Rythu Bazar, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
