When the matter is taken up for hearing, Smt. Vidyavathi, learned counsel for the petitioner, sought permission of the Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
