THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4747 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioners state that the land admeasuring 650 sq yards in Sy.No.25 situated at Shankar Nagar, Near Khagaz Kharkhana, Old Malakpet, Hyderbad, has been acquired by the respondent - Corporation for laying drainage, but no compensation has been paid till date; and, therefore, they made representations dated 23.07.2012 and 09.01.2015 to the respondent - Corporation. Since no action was taken on the said representations, the present Writ Petition is filed. Heard Sri R.Radha Krishna Murthy, Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent - Corporation.

Since the representations are pending before the competent authority, it is for the competent authority to consider and dispose of the representations dated 23.07.2012 and 09.01.2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; and, thereafter, take action in accordance with law. The Writ Petition stands disposed of. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of. However, in the circumstances, without costs.
