HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION NO.24156 OF 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed to declare the action of the respondent No.1 in not producing CC TV footage dated 22.06.2018 relating to the case in STC No.6756 of 2018 on the file of the X Special Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Hyderabad, as being illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that he will move the concerned Court for the relief by making necessary application in this regard. If any such application is filed before the Court below, the concerned Court shall consider and pass appropriate orders thereon.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
