HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32489 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not granting 10th PRC scales to the petitioners, even after granting the 9th PRC Scales as per the directions of the A.P.Administrative Tribunal in OA.No.8876 of dated 23.09.2013, as per proceedings vide Rc.No.Spl/NVBDCP/2011, dated 08.02.2012, and depriving the right to claim equal wages on par with regular last grade employees, as illegal and arbitrary.

Heard both sides.

Since the representation of the petitioners dated 22.04.2017 is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent for grant of 10th PRC Scales, without expressing any opinion on merits, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 22.04.2017, in accordance with Rules within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and take action accordingly.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
