ORDER

When the matter came up for hearing on 15.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners/accused and therefore, it was directed to be listed to today under the caption for dismissal. Even today, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioners nor there is any representation made on their behalf. Therefore, it is obvious that the petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed for nonprosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
