THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY C.R.P.No.4456 of 2016 ORDER:

This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 02.12.2016 in I.A.No.565 of 2015 in O.S.No.189 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Chittoor.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition before the trial Court along with contemporary signatures of the petitioner.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn permitting the petitioner to file a fresh petition before the trial Court along with contemporary signatures of the petitioner. If such petition is filed, the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same without being influenced with the orders passed in I.A.No.565 of 2015 in O.S.No.189 of 2013. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
