THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed praying to grant the following relief: ".....declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not passing any orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 30.04.2018 pursuant to the directions of the Hon'ble High Court passed in WP No.14972 of 2018 by directing the respondents are bound to consider the applications in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders pursuant to the Staff Transfer orders in Circular No.16 dated 13.04.2018 vide Cir No.PER/2018-19/03 by transferring the petitioner from West Venkatapur Branch, Telangana Grameena Bank, Alwal, Hyderabad to Alugunur Branch, Karimnagar District as Branch Manager within span of nine months, without giving any reasons and without following rules and regulations and also the petitioner not completed the three years term in the present branch highly passed the transfer orders in highly illegal, arbitrary and against the principles of natural justice."

As noticed from the prayer, the main grievance of the petitioner is representation made by him on 30.04.2018 is not considered and no orders are passed.

When the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel for Telangana Grameena Bank appearing for respondents 2 and 3 produced a copy of letter, dated 17.05.2018, issued by the respondent-bank. A reading of the said letter would show that on consideration of representations made by the petitioner on 30.04.2018 and 03.05.2018, the request of the petitioner was rejected. Learned Standing Counsel further informed the Court that when the letter was sought to be communicated to the

petitioner, the Registered Post is returned on the ground that 'Addressee left the place'. A photo copy of the said order is served on the counsel for the petitioner today.

In view of the decision made by respondent-Bank, the Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to workout the remedies as available in law, if he is so advised, on the order of the respondent-Bank. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
