This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:

"To issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in interfering with the marketing including sale distribution of bio-product of petitioner company i.e, JARGON, TEJAS SP, SAHARA RIZE, SAHARA DIAMOND, SAHARA GRAND, SAHARA HUMIC, AMINO GOLD, GLORY N, ABACUS, CARGO, SAHARA POWER, TOPPER, HYPER, CHAMPION, RIM ZIM, EXOFINE, SAHARA SUPER, DUPER, ANTI-VS, VIRO CURE, KORANDI, AUDI, POTENT, DOZER, VARNAM, RYNO, PRINCE, THUNDER, VIGOUR, ATANIC, TRIGGER SAHARA SPEED, CURATOR, ROCK, REMEDY, ELIXER, SAHARA GOLD, POLITE, CHAMPION, SAHARA MORE, SAHARA KING, SPIN, NICE, SAHARA BHIMA, PERFECT-GR, as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional and without jurisdiction and further direct the respondent not to interfere with in any manner in the sale and distribution of bioproducts including from the licensed premises of the dealers/stockists under the Insecticides Act, 1968 and the Fertilizers Control (Order) Act, 1985."

When the matter is called, it is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner as also the learned Government Pleader for Agriculture for respondents that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and Batch dated 10.07.2015 and a copy of the same is placed on record by the learned counsel for the petitioenr as a material paper along with the writ petition. 3.

Following the above judgment in W.P.No.25293 of 2014 and Batch dated 10.07.2015 and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
