Heard Mr.M.Vidyasagar for the petitioner and the Assistant Government Pleader (Stamps and Registration) for respondents. The petitioner prays for the following relief: "....this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 1st respondent in not receiving, registering and releasing the rectification deed presented by the petitioner relating to the land admeasuring an extent of 14598.30 sq.meters wrongly written as 1459.08 sq meters in T.S.No.1965/6/1 situated at Sambamurthy Nagar, Suryaraopet, Kakinada in the development agreement bearing Doc.No.665/2015 Dt.11.02.2015 as bad illegal, arbitrary, oppose to law and pass such other.........."

On instructions, the Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that the petitioner, if presents document before 1st respondent for registration, the 1st respondent will receive the document and process the same, in accordance with law. If the document merits registration, he will register, otherwise he will communicate his decision on the document so received. The statement is placed on record.

The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of. Liberty is given to the petitioner to submit the document by enclosing the copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
