THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. VINOD KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.22039 of 2019 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to declare the action of the respondent Nos.1 to 3 in not including the name of the petitioner institute in the list of Recognized Private Paramedical Institutions for admissions for the Academic year 2019-20, as illegal and arbitrary.

Subsequent to filing of the Writ Petition, the petitioner has filed I.A. No.2 of 2019 on 23.10.2019 with a prayer to direct the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to consider the representation stated to have been filed by the petitioner on 27.09.2019 in relation to grant of extension of Recognition to the college of the petitioner. Learned Counsel for the petitioner would submit that if the said application is considered and disposed of, it would serve the purpose of the petitioner for the present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Medical and Health would submit that if a direction to the authorities concerned is issued to consider the same in accordance with law, the same would be considered and disposed of. Having regard to the said submissions made, the respondent No. 3 to whom the petitioner has made a representation on 27.09.2019 is directed to consider and dispose of the said representation for extension of renewal of recognition in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
