ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the charge memo issued by the 3rd respondent vide proceedings dated 9.6.2014. Now, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the 3rd respondent passed an order on 5.9.2015 dropping charges levelled against the petitioner and to that effect he has filed a Memo dated 14.6.2016 before this Court. In view of filing of the said Memo, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
