None appears for the petitioner.

This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to consider the representation dated 13.11.2015.

The representation, dated 13.11.2015, states that the petitioner wanted passbooks and entries in the revenue records in respect of the lands situated in Survey Nos.318/AA/1/1, 308/A/1, 307/A1 and 306/A/1 of Mangalpally Village, Ibrahimpatnam Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The representation of the petitioner cannot be considered under the provisions of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, as he has to make proper application according to the provisions of the Act.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to make an application in the prescribed form to the respondents and the respondents shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
