The grievance of the petitioner is despite existence of validly granted permission, dated 02-03-2018, for aqua culture, the respondents-authorities are interfering with the process of digging.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Fisheries that if the petitioner herein carries on the activities in deviation to the permission, the respondents will take action strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents herein not to interfere with the activity of the petitioner herein so long as he adheres to the conditions mentioned in the permission. It is further made clear that if the petitioner violates any one of the conditions, it is open for the respondents to take action in accordance with law. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
