Bhosale) This writ appeal is pending since 2008. No interim order was passed when the appeal was admitted. On last occasion (27.04.2016), at the request of learned counsel for the appellant writ appeal was adjourned.

Today, Sri T.S.N. Murthy, learned counsel holding for Sri P. Udaya Bhaskara Rao, advocate on record for the appellant, once again seeks adjournment and when we refused, he expressed his inability to work out the matter on merits. Hence, we are constrained to dismiss the writ appeal for non-prosecution. Order accordingly.
