HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.13599 of 2017 O R D E R:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner challenging the registration of FIR No.70 of 2017 by the 2nd respondent, based on the complaint given by the 3rd respondent.

2. A reading of the complaint lodged by the 3rd respondent primafacie shows that the allegations against the petitioner in the complaint have to be investigated into. In the circumstances, this court is not inclined to interfere with the registration of the crime. But however, the 2nd respondent is directed to complete the investigation, in accordance with law, without unnecessarily harassing the petitioner.

3. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
