CVNR,J & GSP, J Date:14.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for the following substantial relief: "to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in fraudulently obtaining the Lok Adalath Award against E.P.No.57 of 2018 in O.S.No.263 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Chittoor in L.A.No.6436 of 2017, dated 27.10.2017 coupled with arrest warrant dated 14.03.2018 in E.P.No.25 of 2018 in O.S.No.263 of 2015 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil judge, Chittoor, as illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, unjust and violation of Order 21 of Rule 37

(1) of Civil Procedure Code".

We have heard Mr.Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.J.Anil Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for A.P. State Legal Services Authority.

After arguing the case, Mr.Tata Singaiah Goud, learned counsel for the petitioner requested for permission of the Court to voluntarily withdraw the writ petition.

Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications if any, stand dismissed as infructuous.
