The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that the third respondent is threatening the petitioner not to make any activities in the land belonging to him situated in Sy.No.55/5, 6, 7E of an extent of Ac.0.20 guntas of Chunchupalli Village and Mandal, Bhadradri Kothagudem District.

Despite the matter being adjourned on two occasions, there was no representation for the petitioner. Even today also, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions, dated 14.10.2019, submits that one Kuruma Vanaja, W/o. Late Vidyasagar, R/o. Babuamp, Kothagudem, gave a complaint to the third respondent-Station House Officer on 01.09.2019 against the petitioner and his family members stating that he abused her and her family members in a most filthy language and tried to occupy the land belonging to her. He further states that on receipt of the above complaint, a G.D. Entry was made on 01.09.2019 and an enquiry was caused. During the course of enquiry, the third respondent-Station House Officer had deputed his personnel for causing an enquiry, who in turn, submitted a report. After perusing the report, both the parties were informed that the matter is purely civil in nature and accordingly advised the parties to approach the jurisdictional Court for redressal. He also submitted that except causing an enquiry on the complaint, the third respondent authority never interfered in the civil disputes of the petitioner at any point of time.

Having regard to the said submissions made on behalf of the official respondents, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.
