HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 2233 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed. Having regard to the prima facie accusation found out in the FIR, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. The guilt or innocence of petitioner/accused has to be decided after thorough investigation, therefore, investigation shall be continued to its logical e n d . However, the Police of Mahankali Police Station, Secunderabad, are directed not to arrest petitioner/accused during the course of investigation. Petitioner/accused shall cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
