When the matter is called, it is reported by learned Government Pleader for Labour that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the order of this Court in W.A.No.188 of 2015, dated 06-08-2015 wherein the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court negatived the identical request.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also dismissed, in terms thereof.
