HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO Criminal Petition No.4562 of 2017 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, petitioner/A3 seeks pre-arrest bail in Crime No.41 of 2017 of Yerpedu PS, Tirupati, Chittoor District registered for the offences under Sections 379, 120B IPC and Section 21(4) of MMDARA Act.

2) Having regard to the nature of allegations, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. While dismissing the bail application, petitioner is directed to surrender before the concerned Court on or before 10.08.2017 and seek for regular bail in which case the said Court shall dispose of his bail application on merits on the same day. Till then, the police of Yerpedu PS are directed not to arrest the petitioner in connection with Cr.No.41 of 2017.
