This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.148 of 2019 of Khammam I-Town Police Station, Khammam District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

The specific allegation made against the petitioner is that he cheated the de facto complainant. The earlier bail application filed by him was dismissed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Khammam, vide Crl.M.P.No.963 of 2018, dated 13.09.2019. No change of circumstances in this case are brought to the notice of this Court to consider the case of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
