Sri R.A.Chary, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed letter, dated 24.02.2020, to the Registry stating that his client wishes to withdraw the writ petition, and thus, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh case. Granting such leave and liberty, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
