THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.150 of 2015 ORDER:

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the nature of accusations in the F.I.R, this Petition, which is filed for quashment of the F.I.R, is disposed off at the admission stage with a direction to the Police to pursue the investigation to its logical end at the earliest, but, however, during the course of investigation, they shall not arrest the petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 4. The petitioners are directed to cooperate with the investigating agency for smooth completion of investigation. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
