O R D E R

Aggrieved by the inaction of the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, Manchal Mandal, Rangareddy District in implementing the order of the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer, (East Division), Rangareddy District in proceedings No.B/1632/2015 dated 20.9.2015 for mutation of the names of the petitioners' in the revenue records in respect of the subject land, the present writ petition has been filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and the submissions of the learned counsel, without going into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission directing the 3rd respondent - Tahsildar, to take appropriate action in accordance with law in pursuance of proceedings of the 2nd respondent - Revenue Divisional Officer dated 20.09.2015.

No order as to costs.
