O R D E R:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Challa Kodanda Ram) The main grievance of the writ petitioner-firm is with regard to blockage of on-line facility for issuance of waybills and other statutory forms by the 1st respondent. The learned Government Pleader for Commercial Tax (A.P.), on instructions, has submitted that on 17.07.2015, the blockage of on-line facility for issuance of way-bills and other statutory forms has been removed and the petitioner would get access to on-line facility and obtain way-bills in accordance with the Rules as may be applicable to it.

Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed as no further orders are required to be passed. As a sequel to closure of the writ petition, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
