Sri K. Ravinder Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri M.A.K.Mukeed, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that after filing of the Writ Petition, decision is taken by the respondent authorities and hence seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy as available to him in law.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as sought for by the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
