THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No. 6062 of 2022 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 437 & 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,' 1973 (for short "Cr.P.C.") seeking to enlarge the petitioner/A26 on bail in connection with Crime No.36 of 2022, on the file of Central Crime Station, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 465, 468 and 471 read with 34 of Indian penal code.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the record.

The allegation against this petitioner is that he approached Accused nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of purchasing fake degree certificates.

It is the case of prosecution that Accused Nos.1 and 2 were running Pride Educational Academy and they were supplying fake degree certificates to the persons who approach them by charging amounts upto 1,20,000/-. The

petitioner is alleged to have approached Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of securing a fake PGDCA certificate. 5.

As seen from the remand report, this petitioner approached Accused Nos.1 and 2 for the purpose of purchasing PGDCA certificate. There are no allegations of any forgery or cheating by this petitioner. For the said reason, this petitioner/A26 can be granted the relief of bail subject to the following conditions.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the petitioner/A26 is granted bail subject to the following conditions:

i. The petitioner/A26 is directed to be released on bail on his executing personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of XII Additional chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Hyderabad.

ii. On such release, the petitioner/A26 shall appear before the concerned Station House Officer on every Monday between 10.30 a.m. to 1.00 p.m. for a period of two months or till filing of charge sheet

whichever is earlier, for the purpose of investigation.

iii. The petitioner/A26 shall comply with the conditions as laid down under Section 437 (3) of Cr.P.C.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
