As there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 27.02.2017 either in the morning session or in the afternoon session, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal' on 28.03.2017. Though the matter is listed today under the said caption, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears, the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the matter further.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
