ORDER:- Learned counsel for the petitioner moved a lunch motion in this matter on the ground that his client instructed him to withdraw the writ petition. The urgency is stated to be that the pendency of this writ petition is preventing the authorities from filling in the subject post.

Accepting the request of the learned counsel, the matter was taken up by way of lunch motion and recording the submission that the learned counsel has been instructed to withdraw the case, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
