HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P.No.8083 OF 2003 PC: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice S.V.Bhatt) The petitioner challenges the agreement dated 16.12.2002 entered into by respondents, as illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the parties submitted that the agreement was valid for five years from 16.12.2002. The five years period expired by 2007. Having regard thereto, the issue canvassed in the writ petition does not survive. We are, therefore, constrained to dismiss the writ petition as rendered infructuous. Order accordingly. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, also stand disposed of.
