THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.8531 of 2016 ORDER:

This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed seeking the following relief:

" .. to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents 2 and 3 innot acquiring the land in Sy.No.474/1 an extent of Ac.2-76 cents, Sy.No.475/2 an extent of Ac.1-60 and S.No.479/B-4 an extent of Ac.1-97 cents of Gundavolu Village, Rapur Mandal as per the provisions of Land Acquisition Act 30 of 2013 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents 2 and 3 to acquire the land in Sy.No.474/1 an extent of Ac.2-76 cents, S.No.475/2 an extent of Ac.1-60 cents and S.No.479/B-4 an extent of Ac.1-97 cents of Gundavolu Village, Rapur Mandal as per the provisions of Land Acquisition Act 30 of 2013 and pay the compensation, and pass such other or further order or orders as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue raised in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.11362 of 2013 dt.04.03.2015. A copy of the same is also placed on record along with the writ petition as material papers.

Following the above said order and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
