Sri Ravi Kondaveeti, learned counsel for the 2nd respondent, would submit that the parties have settled the matter amicably and hence, the cause in this petition does not survive for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the transfer criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending in this petition, shall also stand dismissed. No costs.
