Petitioner is working as School Assistant (Arts) in Zilla Parishad High School, Narsingi. Petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 21.05.2018 suspending him from service. 3.

It is not in dispute that a crime is registered against the petitioner and investigation is going on. Substance of crime registered is on performance of second marriage, while the first marriage is subsisting. An employee cannot contract second marriage during subsistence of the first marriage. 4.

Having considered these issues, competent authority passed suspension order. Against the order of suspension, remedy of appeal is available. Therefore, the Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition at this stage.

The Writ Petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner to avail the remedy of appeal. It is needless to observe that as and when appeal is preferred by the petitioner, the same shall be considered objectively by the appellate authority and appropriate orders be passed in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
