This criminal petition is filed, by the petitioners/A.1 and A.2, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Order dated 09.08.2017 passed in Crl.M.P.No.1002 of 2017 in Cr.No.238 of 2017 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District & Sessions Judge, Kakinada.

The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the Criminal Petition. Permission is accorded.

In the result, the Criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
