THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT W.P. No.18977 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard Mr.I.Koti Reddy and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for (Assignment). Pursuant to interim order dated 08.06.2018, it is stated that the 3rd and 4th respondents have removed the notice describing the petition land as Government land.

The Assistant Government Pleader on instructions submits that the respondents would follow the procedure stipulated by law, in removing the encroachment or resume the land from the petitioner. Till enquiry is held and orders are passed, the possession will not be disturbed.

By placing the statement on record, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
