HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SEETHARAMA MURTI WRIT PETITION No.33465 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: " ..to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents herein in not paying the arrears of honorarium for Rs.6,27,800/ - along with interest at the rate of 12% to the petitioner herein for the services rendered by him as a Government Pleader in the District Court Anantapuramu during the period from 21.02.2014 to 30.03.2017 is bad and illegal and also violation of Art 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents herein to pay the arrears of honorarium immediately along with the interest at a time and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is not paid the dues for the services rendered by him as a Government Pleader in the District Court, Anantapuram, during the period from 21.02.2014 to 30.03.2017.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 3 would submit that there is no sufficient budget with the District Collector, Anantapuramu, and that the amount due and payable will be paid within a period of three months from today. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the submission of the learned Government Pleader, the writ petition may be disposed of.

Recording the submissions, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to arrange to pay the amounts due and payable to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
