This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus to set aside the demand notice dt.21.4.2010 issued by respondent No.2, in the name of the petitioner's mother. At the hearing, Mr. M.M.M. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel, representing Mr.

Kowturu Vinayakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the petitioner has paid the entire loan amount and got the documents released from respondent No.3.

In the light of this subsequent development, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, interim order dt.8.3.2011 in W.P.M.P. No.7142 of 2011 shall stand vacated and W.P.M.P. No.7142 of 2011 and W.P.M.P. No.25148 of 2013 shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ______________________ C.V. NAGARJUNA REDDY, J 10-6-2015 bnr
