The grievance of the petitioner is regarding non-consideration of the representations alleged to have been made by the petitioner on 06.02.2019, 14.03.2019 and 04.05.2019 by the respondents.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for respondents. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representations made by the petitioner on 06.02.2019, 14.03.2019 and 04.05.2019 and communicate the decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in the writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
