The petitioner prays for the following relief: "..........Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not considering the petitioner application dated 03-03-2018 for issuing pattadar pass books to the petitioner land situated in S.No.119/A1a an extent of Ac.6.06 gts in Yekkalapalli Village, Palakurthi Mandal, Peddapalli District, as illegal, arbitrary.........."

The Assistant Government Pleader informs the Court that respondent No.3 would communicate the decision taken on the application of the petitioner within four (04) weeks from today.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is accordingly, disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
