Vide ASMP No.1327 of 2016, the petitioner seeks permission to record the terms of compromise in A.S.No.621 of 2006 and accordingly dispose of the appeal as per the terms of compromise. A copy of memo of compromise has been placed on record along with this petition.

Accordingly, this ASMP No.1327 of 2016 is ordered and Appeal Suit is disposed of in terms of compromise. The compromise memo shall form part of this order. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Appeal suit petition shall stand dismissed.
