ORDER:- (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V. Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for issue of Certiorari to quash the order dated 31.03.2004 in O.A.No.401 of 2004 on the file of Central Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad Bench, Hyderabad (for short, " the Tribunal" ).
2. Sri P. Kishore Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. K. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the respondent No.7 submitted that as the petitioners and also the respondent No.7 have retired long back and the dispute pertains to inter se seniority, the lis does not survive for adjudication.
3. In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No order as to costs.
